Erin brings a wealth of health care policy experience to the office. Having already received her Masters in Public Health from Tulane University in New Orleans, Erin is also completing her law degree at the University of Oregon. Last summer, Erin was awarded a coveted fellowship with US Senator Ron Wyden’s office in D.C. This is Erin’s second year in the Bates office.

Cathy is the former mayor of Ashland and currently works as a political consultant.

Holly received a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida. She moved to Ashland from San Francisco in 2001, and has worked in the fields of domestic violence, eldercare, and addiction since arriving in Oregon. She is the former executive director of Peace House in Ashland, and brings years of experience in community organizing and political activism to the team.
